We Can End This

Initially viewed as impossible, reversing the Chicago River became one of the biggest feats of engineering history.  Whether it’s rebuilding from a devastating fire, battling extreme weather, or overcoming political turmoil, Chicago has a rich history of overcoming the odds. This has made Chicagoans as ambitious as they are industrious; ready to take on the next challenge, no matter how large. We know the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s mission to beat hunger is ambitious, but it’s not impossible. Much less for a city that thrives on big ambitions. Through bold and direct language, we’ll challenge Chicagoans to take simple actions. And show them how these actions, when multiplied by hundreds, thousands, millions, can bring about positive change. By tapping into their courageous spirit and the inspiring legacy of the city, we want to ignite a sense of pride and responsibility, so every Chicagoan feels compelled to do their part.
