CHALLENGE: Xfinity Internet is the lifeblood of the company.  GenZ, super users of internet, are choosing more and more their wireless provider over home internet.
GOAL: Establish Xfinity as the way more reliable internet connectivity solution for a seamless connection.​

AUDIENCE: GenZ, the most ethnically diverse U.S. population, were born with the mobile device in hand, and rely on them for everything in life.
PROBLEM: Mobile-first GenZ gravitate to “uncarrier” brands like T-Mobile, lured by the perception of 5G supreme reliability.
